The staff was helpful, quiet atmosphere. The amazing location was minutes away from Marlene Dietrich Platz. The area was good quiet near the restaurants, Berlin Wall and the underground.

The attention to detail at this hotel is amazing, from baby-friendly amenities to electric blinds and lights controlled from a console. The staff are extremely friendly and competent, providing outstanding customer service. The location is perfect, close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping centers. The breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel also has an excellent spa and modern facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many landmarks and is also next to a tube station. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom is luxurious with a separate shower and bathtub. The staff is professional and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel offers a club lounge and spa with beautiful panoramic views.

One small downside is the lack of charging sockets on the other side of the bed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The reception area of the hotel is absolutely stunning, exuding luxury and grandeur. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a hop on hop off bus route and a nearby tube station, making it convenient to explore the city.

The Grand Hyatt Berlin is a wonderful property. The staff is pretty friendly and amiable, providing exceptional services. The breakfast is amazing, with a huge variety of food. The location in Tiergarten district is incredible, next door to many restaurants and at least two markets.

The staff were outstanding, helping with special requests and organizing a birthday treat. Rooms had great amenities like TV in bathroom and mini clock. The buffet breakfast had a good variety. The Vox bar and cigar lounge were a hit. The hotel decor and artwork were nice.

They were especially kind to our children, and even provided us with a comfortable roll-away bed. The pool was big and the views were beautiful. The spa area was tidy, clean, and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was great for exploring this city. We were able to easily visit attractions such as the Tiergarden, Checkpoint Charlie, and the Topography of Terror. Additionally, there was a small Christmas market nearby with stalls selling local delicacies like bratwursts, stollen, mulled wine, and hot chocolates. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and friendly staff made our stay here a truly enjoyable experience.

My stay at this hotel was truly luxurious. the exclusive amenities like the spa center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, and beauty treatment were outstanding. the rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing. Moreover, the restaurant and bar area provided a great experience. In-room breakfast and private facilities were just perfect!

The only minor issue I had was with the service. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, I experienced a delay in getting my coffee/tea in the lobby.
